From sculpting your own truffles to dipping, colouring and finishing them off in a number of different chocolate shells, this three and a half hour workshop, led by a knowledgeable chocolatier, is the perfect way to while away a decadent Saturday afternoon. After you've created your masterpieces, you'll be able to take them all home - if you can resist eating them on the way back that is!
This fantastic truffle making workshop for two will last approximately three and a half hours, and will include the following:

1. Chocolate tasting, and presentation of chocolate
2. Truffle making and shaping the filling
3. Tempering milk/white or dark chocolate
4. Dipping and decorating
5. Wrapping your chocolates

After this amazing experience you'll be able to take home all of the delicious things you've created if you can stop yourself from eating them on the journey back!
