I was given this voucher as a present. When it came to redeem the voucher the website gave very limited information as to where i could have the treatments and as I didn't want to drive for hours I needed to know exact locations. Living in North Shropshire gave me a very limited choice of sessions. I would have given the gift even less as I really don't think it's worth the money however the lady on the phone was very helpful and (despite it taking 40 minutes for her to log into each session and find the exact location in the 'west midlands') remained patient throughout.
