How do I check the availability of an experience   
Buyagift is an agent that provides experiences on behalf of many companies and therefore we do not hold any information regarding available dates for our gift experiences.  Each individual supplier has their own booking system.

If you already have a Buyagift voucher you will need to phone the supplier of the experience directly.  Simply visit to view their contact details.

If you do not have a Buyagift voucher yet but would like to find out if a date is available, please contact our Customer Services Department on 0208 275 5220 and they will be happy to get in touch with the supplier of the experience for you. Please have the 7 or 8 digit product code to hand (found in the top right hand corner of the product page) to ensure our customer service team can locate the experience you re interested in.

Please be aware that Buyagift cannot hold dates until your voucher arrives.
