Can I hold a date until my voucher arrives   
As Buyagift act as an agent, we cannot hold dates for experiences.  Once you have purchased a gift experience voucher you are able to contact the providers of the experience and book your date directly with them yourself.

If you would like to find out if a date is available, please contact our Customer Services Department on 0208 275 5220 and they will get in touch with the supplier of the experience for you.
 
If your chosen date is available we are more than happy to take the order over the phone for you and provide you with your unique reference number so that you can contact the supplier immediately to secure your chosen date.
