I have a voucher - where can I take my experience?   

If your voucher was purchased before November 2010:

All necessary contact details will be provided in the pack that will have arrived with your voucher.  All bookings are subject to availability.


If your voucher was purchased after 1st November 2010:

You will need to activate your voucher online by visiting www.buyagift.com/activate.  You will be asked to enter your voucher code, pin number and your contact details.

You will then be able to see all the relevant information for your experience including locations, booking numbers and a comprehensive run down of what you will be doing on the day.  All you will need to do now is select where you want to go and call the supplier to book your experience.
