Courses generally run on weekday early evenings. On arrival you will be introduced to your teacher and the lesson begins. Your introductory class will be suitable for first-time dancers and fun will follow as you explore the basic moves and discover a new world of dance with your class-mates. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to join in the fun and enjoy some general dancing or an opportunity for a further class, depending on the programme at your chosen location.

Your voucher is valid for 10 months. You will be joining a group of other dancers with a similar interest in the dance style. You are encouraged to book further lessons if you enjoy your introductions. Partners are rotated in the class so you will have the chance to meet and dance with many of your class-mates. This is a fun introduction, no previous experience necessary. Suitable for anyone over the age of eighteen. There are no height or weight restrictions but you must be mobile to make the most of the moves.

Our good friends told us about how much fun they had on their introductory dance lesson and encouraged us to go online to buyagift and buy our own lesson. In the end they joined us and we had such a great time learning new moves and rotating partners around the room. If you've never ballroom danced or salsa danced before then don't be put off most of us were complete beginners!

My husband and I are major fans of the BBC Strictly Come Dancing show so decided to give this introductory dance experience a try! Our dancing lesson was so much fun the instructors were wonderful and we met some other great couples too. The ballroom was good but we always preferred the latin dances like the samba tango and the salsa on the TV and it was great being able to give some of the moves a go!
