The Mother-to-Be day includes:
* Arrival 9.30am * Welcome and introductory tour of the facilities * Welcome refreshing juice drink * Unlimited use of the facilities - 25 mtr indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms, gymnasium and complete programme of exercise and relaxation classes, tennis courts and bicycles * A delicious hot and cold buffet lunch * Complimentary robe hire * Champneys Beautiful Bump Pampering (55 mins) * Depart 5.30pm.

Champneys Beautiful Bump Pampering starts with a soothing foot soak and back massage. This is followed by a body mask enriched with olive, shea, mango and cocoa body butters. A relieving foot, leg and scalp massage completes this wonderful pre-natal treatment.

This experience is available at 4 Locations:

  • Bedfordshire (South East) - Champneys Henlow
  • Hampshire (South East) - Champneys Forest Mere
  • Hertfordshire (South East) - Champneys Tring Health Resort
  • Leicestershire (Midlands) - Champneys Springs
Your voucher is valid for 10 months. You must book your day at least 21 days in advance (all dates are subject to availability). This experience is available Monday - Friday throughout the year at the four Champneys UK health resorts - Tring, Forest Mere, Henlow Grange and Springs. You may book additional treatments directly with the spa once you have booked your date. You will be required to abide by the conditions of the spa on arrival. No children are permitted (except bumps of course!). Please note that this experience is not suitable for women who are less than 12 weeks pregnant.

After expanding to the size of a whale and rushing around like a headless chicken after my two year old I wasn't feeling so great! Then on Mothers' Day my wonderful partner presented me with a gift box containing a voucher for this Champneys pregnancy spa day! Totally refreshed me and made the world feel less stressful if only for a day!

The pregnancy package offered by champneys spa really helped ease my aching back muscles. Plus the massage and treatment on my legs did me the world of good. If only for the day I could leave my stresses behind and get pampered. Something I recommend for all expectant mums!
