At the Colchester location you also have access to a hydrotherapy pool and aromatherapy room. Also included is a delicious lunch, so sit back and make the most of it while it lasts!
You may arrive at the spa on your chosen day from 9am. This voucher entitles you to an hour long full body massage and access to all the facilities. Lunch is included. The day ends at 5pm.

This experience is available at 2 Locations:

  • Essex (South East) - Colchester
  • Suffolk (South East) - Bury St Edmunds
Your voucher is valid for ten months. You are then free to arrange a mutually convenient date for your visit with the spa. Guests must be aged 16 or over. Lunch is included in this package. Please note this experience does not include gym use. Please note that customers will need to bring along their own robe and slippers or they can be purchased on the day at an additional cost.

Believe it or not I'm part of the rare breed of males that actually enjoys being pampered every now again. I was on the look out for a male-orientated spa day and came across your De-Stress Day for Men in Colchester which is pretty much on my door step. Went along and enjoyed my hour of full body massage went for a dip in the pool and used the sauna. Excellent morning's work.
