The Pampering Spa Day includes use of the extensive leisure facilities, including state of the art gymnasium, indoor swimming pool, squash and tennis courts, sauna, steam rooms and whirlpool bath, a light lunch, and a 1 hour Relax and Restore, which includes a back massage, cleansing facial and scalp treatment.
Your Pampering Day at The Vale includes:
*Full use of the leisure facilities which include a state of the art gymnasium, indoor swimming pool, squash and tennis courts, sauna, steam rooms and whirlpool bath.

*Towelling robe to use during your visit

First time at The Vale and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed my pampering spa day there. The treatments in the form of your 'spa-kle' were magnificent the back treatment and massage were so relaxing and the facial was really refreshing plus the manicure type thing was fabulous too. Nothing I could fault it on not one thing.

I highly recommend the pampering spa day at the Vale Hotel you get to try out all their excellent facilities and have some pampering treatments too as well as lunch. The Spa-Kle was the best hour I've had in ages! I loved the whirlpool bath too so luxurious. I thought you really got a lot for your money.
