Experience the traditional cleansing ritual of Rasul, a unique pampering treat for two at this Elemis Spa. The spa's Arabian Nights-themed interior provides the perfect backdrop as you are smothered in smooth, rich mud with powerful healing properties. Your session will last one hour. You will enter the steam room together where you will apply mud to the body as part of the Rasul ritual. Once washed off your skin will be left silky soft.

My boyfriend is quite into his male grooming so I knew he'd be up for trying the Rasul treatment with me. The spa at Portland Hall is lovely and after applying the mud my skin felt much smoother. A very exotic experience.

I'd heard this Rasul was the next big thing in beauty treatments so I convinced my best mate to come with me and give it a go! It was really fun applying the different types of mud and our skin actually did feel much softer afterwards! Worth it just for the experience though - everyone should try it.
