I sent my wife on this pampering day at Ragdale Hall she's 6 months pregnant and feeling a bit worse for wear. I dropped her off about 9am and left her to be looked after! She was able to use all the facilities including the pools and spa which I know she loved as swimming has been an exercise she's continued to do occasionally whilst pregnant. She had a facial hand massage a treatment for the eye area and their fresh legs treatment - all were apparently wonderful. Lunch was included in the day as well. She was so pleased to have had such a nice day out and definitely looked more relaxed when she got home. 16 November 2010
