Your Champneys 4 night stay includes: Arrival from 2pm. Four nights accommodation in a twin economy room. Healthy buffet breakfasts, hot and cold lunches including lunch on your day of departure, three course evening meals. Introduction and Programme Plan. Champneys Massage. Relaxing Facial. Thalassotherapy Pool Session. Champneys Head in the Clouds Scalp Massage. Relax Wrap. Unlimited use of the facilities - 25 mtr indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms, gymnasium and complete programme of exercise and relaxation classes, tennis courts and bicycles. All treatments last 25 minutes.

Your voucher is valid for 10 months. You must book your day at least 21 days in advance (all dates are subject to availability). The experience is for two people sharing a twin economy room.  Check is from 2pm; departure is by 4pm. Rooms must be vacated by 10:30am on the day of departure, however you are invited to use changing rooms, storage rooms and enjoy lunch.  Please give prior notice of special dietary requirements. You may book additional treatments directly with the spa once you have booked your stay. You will be required to abide by the conditions of the resort on arrival. No children are permitted.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A £29.95 SUPPLEMENT PER PERSON IF YOUR STAY INCLUDES A SATURDAY NIGHT. THIS IS PAYABLE TO CHAMPNEYS ON BOOKING.

Whisked the girlfriend away for a bit of refeshment and relaxation. Champneys Springs is great because with all the good equipment and the way the staff treat you you really do feel like a bit of a VIP! Chose this package because it included so many spa treatments. She had most of them and I used the gym a lot. She loved her massage.

I had an amazing girly four night stay at Champneys Springs with my best friend. We felt like celebs being pampered all the time and just relaxing. The spa facilities are wonderful we loved going for a swim or a sauna when we felt like it and it was never too busy which was good.We tried out some of the exercise classes all of which had good instruction and were enjoyable. All our meals were included and were lovely. Thanks to everyone at Springs for making our stay so memorable!
