Henlow Grange is situated in over one hundred acres of Bedfordshire parkland by the River Hiz. The impressive Georgian mansion offers the latest in health, beauty and fitness facilities, ideal for total relaxation and luxurious pampering. Whatever you are looking for, total relaxation and luxurious pampering or a start on a healthier, fitter lifestyle the choice is yours.
Upon arrival you'll be shown to the twin economy room which is yours for the duration of your stay. You may arrive on 2pm on either a Friday or Saturday and will receive two nights' accommodation in a twin economy room. Throughout your stay you'll receive healthy buffet breakfast,s hot and cold lunch including lunch on the day you depart, and three course evening meals. You'll receive the following treatments: Champneys massage, relaxing facial and thalassotherapy pool session. You'll receive unlimited use of the facilities, including 25 metre indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms, gymnasium and complete programme of exercise and relaxation classes, tennis courts and bicycles. Treatments last 25 minutes. This experience is for two people, and you'll each receive all the above treatments.

Your voucher is valid for 10 months. You must book your day at least 21 days in advance (all dates are subject to availability). The experience is for two people sharing a twin economy room. The long weekend is available from Friday 2pm until Sunday 4pm OR Saturday 2pm until Monday 4pm. Rooms must be vacated by 10:30am on the day of departure, however you are invited to use changing rooms, storage rooms and enjoy lunch. Please give prior notice of special dietary requirements. You may book additional treatments directly with the spa once you have booked your stay. You will be required to abide by the conditions of the resort on arrival. No children are permitted.

Me and my boyfriend went for a long weekend at Champneys Henlow (we did Friday to Sunday) which was fabulous. Henlow Grange is in a beautiful setting and you just feel like you're out in the countryside which is instantly relaxing. The treatments were brilliant you're really in the lap of luxury here and having all our meals included was a bonus. My boyfriend said the gym facilities were excellent he went every day. I preferred the aerobics classes myself followed by a swim and a visit to the steam room. I didn't want to go back to work the following Monday!

Champneys was great! The best thing about it is that you can go with your partner/friend and both find something you want. So while I wanted to do a bit of fitness work and start getting into shape while my wife just wanted a bit of pampering so we were both satisfied and very happy!
