There are few places in the world like Champneys at Tring. Steeped in history, the UK’s first health resort opened in 1925. Set in over 170 acres of picturesque Hertfordshire parklands in a beautiful Rothschild’s mansion this is ideal for a ramble or cycle or simply enjoying a walk in the walled organic garden. Why not have a game on the croquet lawn or perhaps relax in an outdoor hot tub? Famous for pioneering the concept of holistic health, treating mind, body and soul, you are certain to find tranquillity and peace of mind at Tring.
You may arrive for your Champneys Long Weekend from 2pm onwards on a Friday or Saturday. Your stay will include two nights' accommodation in a twin economy room, with healthy buffet breakfasts, hot and cold lunch including lunch on your day of departure and three course evening meals. During your break you will receive a Champneys Massage, Champneys Relaxing Facial and Champneys Thalassotherapy Pool Session, each lasting 25 minutes. You may also make the most of unlimited use of the facilities, including 25 mtr indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms, gymnasium and complete programme of exercise and relaxation classes, tennis courts and bicycles.

Your voucher is valid for 10 months. You must book your day at least 21 days in advance (all dates are subject to availability). The experience is for two people sharing a twin economy room. The long weekend is available from Friday 2pm until Sunday 4pm OR Saturday 2pm until Monday 4pm. Rooms must be vacated by 10:30am on the day of departure, however you are invited to use changing rooms, storage rooms and enjoy lunch. Please give prior notice of special dietary requirements. You may book additional treatments directly with the spa once you have booked your stay. You will be required to abide by the conditions of the resort on arrival. No children are permitted.

Im just completely in love with Champneys id live there if I could. Everything about the place is just pure comfort and luxury I have been several times and and it keeps getting better. The staff are superb and what sets it out from other health club type places like it is that the food there is absolutely superb too.

We absolutely loved our two night stay at Champneys Tring health resort - it was a real treat to stay somewhere so lovely the setting is just wonderful perfect gardens.The treatments we had were wonderful so luxurious I felt thoroughly pampered throughout the two days. For sheer bliss you have to try the outdoor hot tub then you really feel like you're being spoilt. We were very impressed with all the meals we had nice to know that was all sorted so we didn't have to worry about it.

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty to do even for my husband. The room was very comfortable with a king-size bed. The treatment range was great although as I am under-going chemotherapy the choice for myself was limited. All in all a great couple of days would recommend it.
