Skin brushing, and gentle exfoliation are followed by a full aromatherapy body massage to rejuvenate the mind and senses. Then enjoy a rejuvenating ESPA Aromatherapy Facial designed to hydrate and nourish the face and scalp. Finish your day with the choice of an ESPA Luxury Hand or Foot Treatment. To complete your day of relaxation you are welcome to use the spa facilities, including gym, pool and sauna of a nearby city hotel (approx 5-10 minutes walk away). Ever since she came back from her 'stress recovery' spa day last week my wife has been telling everyone she meets about the theraputic benefits of an aromatherapy facial or a full body massage! When I bought her the gift I had no idea she would love the health farm so much - she's already hankering after going again!

I don't think one part of me got neglected on this stress relieving spa day! Lets think... I had a lovely foot massage an aromatherapy full body massage and an ESPA facial! What an experience! Can't wait to see what's in my Christmas stocking this year - I've been dropping hints to hubby ever since I came back!
