The beautiful facilities, relaxing treatments and calming classes of Temple Country Retreat & Spa combine to coax your body into a state of balance and harmony. During your day you will have use of the spa facilities, join the daily activity programme and choose two of the following treatments: full body massage, reflexology, Yon-Ka Body Detox, Yon-Ka Grand Classique facial, Jessana manicure or Jessana pedicure. A delicious three course lunch is also included.
You are welcome to arrive at the spa from 9am. Spend your morning enjoying a guided walk or yoga or posture class, work out in the gym, relax in the spa facilities, or simply sit and read the day’s papers. There is also a juice bar in the spa where you may purchase a delicious fresh juice or smoothie. From 12.30pm - 2.15pm a tantalizing yet healthy three course lunch is held in the Garden Room restaurant. Your afternoon will be spent similarly to the morning, with you taking your treatments if you haven’t already done so, and otherwise spending it as you choose. At 5pm there is a short guided relaxation class, so when you leave at 5.30pm you’ll be feeling completely at ease.
Your pampering day includes a choice of two treatments from the following selection – full body massage, reflexology, Yon-Ka Body Detox, Yon-Ka Grand Classique facial, Jessana manicure or Jessana pedicure.

Your voucher is valid for ten months. This experience is available Monday-Friday . You are then free to contact the spa to book your day and chosen treatment. This experience is suitable for over 16s only. It recommended that you bring loose and comfortable clothing for the yoga, gym and other activities - bring outdoor clothing if you are interested in the walks, as they are held in all weather conditions. You will need swimwear if you wish to use the pool, sauna and steam room. A towelling robe and slippers are provided. You must abide by the terms and conditions of the spa.

My husband surprised me with a pamper day at Temple Spa for my birthday. I felt like a star being shown in and given a lovely towelling robe! I decided to have a swim and then use the sauna and steam room before lunch (which b.t.w. was delicious). The spa offers some amazing treatments - I chose the full body massage and the Classique facial both of which were fab.
