I think a spa day should be on the cards at least a few times a year to relax and destress you it's a strategy that has served me well over recent times! This 'ultimate' pampering day up at Greenwoods health spa was one of the best I've done. My massage facial and manicure treatments were all fantastic and the facilities there are excellent.

My husband booked this ultimate spa day at Greenwoods as a surprise day out around the time of our anniversary.I was very impressed that I was able to stay at the spa for pretty much the whole day (up to 7pm) and got to have lunch too means you can really make the most of it. I did a quick work out in the gym but spent more time just relaxing in the lovely pool spa sauna steam room....you get the idea. It was amazing to have a facial back massage and manicure included as part of my day you can't help but feel pampered after all that.
