Built in 1911, the incredible Middlesborough Transporter Bridge spans the Tees and serves as a towering reminder of the area 's industrial heritage. Its majestic frame is the tallest example of its kind in the World and has starred Billy Elliott, Auf Wiedersehen Pet and the Fast Show, and now you can hurl yourself from the bridge towards the welcoming waters of the Tees. Quite simply, the ultimate mettle challenge!

Agenda
On arrival you will complete a membership form. You will be given a full safety briefing and be weighed to ensure the correct bungee rope is used. Then you will be securely attached to the rope and taken up to the top of the bridge. Glasses and hard contact lenses can not be worn. Please dress according to the weather as there may be no shelter. DVDs of your jump, photos of your experience and other merchandise will be available to purchase on the day.
Notes
Your voucher is valid for 10 months. If you suffer from the following conditions you can not jump: high blood pressure, heart condition, dizziness, epilepsy, pregnancy, asthma, neurological conditions, diabetes. If you suffer from the following you should seek medical advice and provide a certificate before you jump: damage to neck, back, ankles or eyes. Please inform the operator if you are taking any medication. Minimum age is 14. 14 and 15 year olds require parental or guardian permission. No over 50s without a doctor's certificate. You must abide by the Terms and Conditions of the Club. If you present a doctor's certificate on the day you will be required to sign a non standard waiver.

I did feel a real sense of achievement after jumping because it always seems easier from the ground - I'm really pleased I did it. How many people can say they bungeed off the Transporter Bridge?
