I certainly wasn't going to turn down this opportunity to taste all sorts of wines and have a lovely meal out to boot! My husband came up with the idea as a gift for my birthday - probably because it meant he got to come along too! We had a wonderful time, the both of us, the sommelier was great fun and really knew his stuff, plus the food on our lunch was delicious!

I took my sister over to Swinton Park for her birthday. We had a fantastic masterclass in wine tasting firstly. I like red best but she prefers the white wines as a rule although there werent a bad one amongst them. Next we sat down to a delicious two course meal which was a wonderful way to finish off the day. There was a chance to have a wander around the grounds to walk off our dinner on the way back to the car!
