Jonathan G Fry,
thought rather than giving my wife the traditional gift of a bit of paper for our first anniversary I'd treat her to a trip on the london eye and a lunch cruise on the thames. Pleased to say it went down very well, our three course meal was pleasant and my wife thoroughly enjoyed seeing the contrast of london from the eye and from the boat. Glad I didn't conform to tradition in the end!
Jo Phillips,
Great idea to combine the London Eye ticket with a river cruise. Made a real day of it, and the lunch was delicious. The Thames cruise was fabulous and took in loads of the important sights like the Houses of Parliament, Tower of London and St Paul's Cathedral. A great day out.
