Orders taken up to 3pm Friday 12th March for guaranteed next day delivery will be delivered by 1pm Saturday 13th March. We will despatch items by first class Royal Mail up to 3pm Friday 12th March, but advise you to order by 3pm Tue 9th March if you require your gift in time for Mother's Day.

Your Champneys Traditional Week includes:
Arrival from 2pm on a Sunday. Six nights accommodation in a twin economy room. Healthy buffet breakfasts, hot and cold lunches, three course evening meals. Introduction and Programme Plan. Health Appraisal or Skincare Analysis. Lifestyle Seminars. 3 x Champneys Massages. 2 x Relaxing Facials. 3 x Thalassotherapy Pool Sessions. Champneys Head in the Clouds Scalp Massage. Relax Wrap. Unlimited use of the facilities - 25 mtr indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms, gymnasium and complete programme of exercise and relaxation classes, tennis courts and bicycles. All treatments last 25 minutes.

Your voucher is valid for 10 months. This experience is for two people. You must book your day at least 21 days in advance (all dates are subject to availability). The experience is for two people sharing a twin economy room. Check is from 2pm on Sunday; departure is by 11am on Saturday. Please give prior notice of special dietary requirements. You may book additional treatments directly with the spa once you have booked your stay. You will be required to abide by the conditions of the resort on arrival. No children are permitted.

The Champney's Traditional Week for Two is genuinely one of the best weeks I've ever had. I went with my sister (minus husbands and children) and we felt thoroughly relaxed and spoilt by the end of the week at Henlow Grange. We couldn't believe how fab the treatments were.
After a couple of days lazing around we felt energetic enough to play some tennis and do a few of the exercise classes, which we ended up doing every day. By the end of the week we'd both actually toned up a bit! It was lovely to get away from it all and just be looked after.

My husband and I normally take a holiday abroad for a week in the early part of the year to escape the british winter. But this year we just felt so tired and didnt fancy any holiday stress! This week at Champneys was just the perfect anecdote, the great thing about going for a week is that you get time to both do some exercise to revitalise, with plenty left over for lots of recreation and health and spa treatments. We had the most amazing time, I recommend it to anyone.
