On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months for two people. You must then book your day at least 21 days in advance (all dates are subject to availability). The experience is for two people sharing a twin economy room. Check is from 2pm; departure is by 4pm. Rooms must be vacated by 10:30am on the day of departure, however you are invited to use changing rooms, storage rooms and enjoy lunch. Please give prior notice of special dietary requirements. You may book additional treatments directly with the spa once you have booked your stay. You will be required to abide by the conditions of the resort on arrival. No children are permitted. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A £29.95 SUPPLEMENT PER PERSON IF YOUR STAY INCLUDES A SATURDAY NIGHT. THIS IS PAYABLE TO CHAMPNEYS ON BOOKING.

I've always associated Champneys with luxury and I wasn't wrong. Me and my husband stayed at their Tring health resort for four nights, which was just wonderful. Having the extra time there really made us unwind and relax. It's set in lovely grounds perfect for wandering in, and the spa facilities are superb. I was so surprised at how relaxing having a scalp massage was, I didn't know what to expect there! Having four days is great because you can laze around one day and then make the most of the exercise classes and gym etc the next. Definitely recommend this.

A lot of spas are in very modern complexes and while I dont have problem with that, what I love about Champneys in Tring is that it is in Rothschilds mansion, a gorgeous old building with so much character. Saw the four day stay on Buyagift and snapped it up. The treatments on offer are brill, I especially recommend the Champneys Massage!
