* Arrival 9.30am * Welcome and introductory tour of the facilities * Welcome refreshing juice drink * Unlimited use of the facilities - 25 mtr indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms, gymnasium and complete programme of exercise and relaxation classes, tennis courts and bicycles * A delicious hot and cold buffet lunch * Champneys Massage * Relaxing Facial * Thalassotherapy Pool Session * Complimentary robe hire * Depart 5.30pm.
All treatments last 25 minutes.
Notes
On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months. You must then book your day at least 21 days in advance (all dates are subject to availability). This experience is available Monday - Friday throughout the year. You may book additional treatments directly with the spa once you have booked your date. You will be required to abide by the membership conditions of the spa on arrival. No children are permitted.

I have no complaints whatsoever about my spa day I spent at Champneys Springs health resort. I couldn't get over just how modern the facilities all are, I loved it! The thalassotherapy was a new experience for me, but a pleasurable one. The massage and facial treatments were as wonderful as I expected. A great day and well worth it.
