You may arrive at the spa from 9.30am where you will receive a welcome refreshing juice drink and an introduction to the resort. You are then at leisure to make the most of the wonderful facilities on offer including the pool, gym, outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna or simply relax with a book in the library. A delicious hot and cold buffet lunch is included. You will receive complimentary use of a bathrobe whilst at the spa. Depart 5:30pm.

Your voucher is valid for 10 months.Pre-booking is essential. You must book your day at least 21 days in advance (all dates are subject to availability). This experience is available Monday-Friday throughout the year. You may book additional treatments directly with the spa once you have booked your date. You will be required to abide by the membership conditions of the spa on arrival. No children are permitted.

I went to Champneys in Henlow Grange as a wonderful anniversary gift from my husband. The health spa itself is so beautiful, a manor house set in massive grounds, and I had THE most relaxing day I could've wished for.

As spa days go, you can't really ask for more than you get at Champneys. The facilities and location are both second to none. The jacuzzi and pool were calling me for most of the day, but I did get a fair amount of time in the sauna and steam room too. Even the lunch was lovely!
