Notification of any incorrect delivery must be given in writing within 7 days of the delivery date.
Loss or damage observed at the moment of delivery should be signed for accordingly, otherwise please notify us in writing within 48 hours. Packaging and damaged goods must be retained for inspection if required. Please note that there will be an additional charge for delivery to Ireland and Northern Ireland.
