This action packed one day course will teach you the essentials necessary for mountain biking success. Learn core skills such as climbing, descending, cornering and braking before putting these into practice riding some fantastic mountain trails in some of the most picturesque parts of the British countryside.

Agenda
Your one day course begins with an introduction and safety brief. You will then learn key mountain biking techniques and try them out under the watchful eye of your expert guide. After lunch you 'll step up a gear with some more challenging obstacles and time to enjoy riding some fantastic mountain bike trails.
For Wales, the Peak District, Cannock Chase and Woburn locations you can also choose to use your voucher for a more relaxed guided one day ride rather than the instructive course detailed above.
In Scotland and Woburn you can also choose between a one day beginner or an intermediate course for more experienced mountain bikers.
Notes
On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months. You are then free to arrange a day for your experience with your chosen location.
A packed lunch is included at the Peak District and Cannock Chase locations. It is not included in Wales, Scotland and Woburn; please take a packed lunch and water for your day.
To get the most from your mountain bike course we recommend a reasonable level of bike fitness.
Bike hire is included at the Wales location if necessary. In Scotland, the Peak District, Cannock Chase and Woburn it is available locally - please ask for details at time of booking. Alternatively you are free to take your own bike and helmet to any location. Helmets are compulsory for this experience.
