Escape to Temple Country Retreat & Spa to relax your body and rejuvenate your spirit
Temple Country Retreat & Spa offers a unique combination of activities, therapies and peaceful surroundings, all intended to induce harmony in the body. During your day at this tranquil spa you will have use of the extensive facilities (including gym, sauna, vitality pool, steam room) and are welcome to take part in the daily activity programme. A 50 minute massage or reflexology treatment and three course lunch is also included.

You are welcome to arrive at the spa from 9am. Spend your morning enjoying a guided walk or yoga or posture class, work out in the gym, relax in the spa facilities, or simply sit and read the day’s papers. There is also a juice bar in the spa where you may purchase a delicious fresh juice or smoothie. From 12.30pm - 2.15pm a tantalizing yet healthy three course lunch is held in the Garden Room restaurant. Your afternoon will be spent similarly to the morning, with you taking your treatment if you haven’t yet, and otherwise spending it as you choose. At 5pm there is a short guided relaxation class, so when you leave at 5.30pm you’ll be feeling completely at ease.
Your relaxing day includes a 50 minute treatment – choose from a full body massage OR reflexology treatment.

Your voucher is valid for 10 months. You must contact the spa to book your day and chosen treatment. This experience is available seven days a week. This experience is suitable for over 16s only. It is recommended that you bring loose and comfortable clothing for the yoga, gym and other activities - bring outdoor clothing if you are interested in the walks, as they are held in all weather conditions. You will need swimwear if you wish to use the pool, sauna and steam room. A towelling robe and slippers are provided. You must abide by the terms and conditions of the spa.

I had a fantastic relaxation day at Temple Spa, thank you Buyagift. I chose to take part in the yoga class in the morning - after that I was definitely ready for lunch! In the afternoon I had a full body massage which was wonderful, really de-stressed me. Thanks to everyone at Temple Spa for being so welcoming and making my day even better.
