Join TV chef Lesley Waters for a relaxed and sociable cookery day in the beautiful Dorset countryside.

Exclusive to our customers is the opportunity to join Lesley for one day in the kitchen at Chantmarle Manor, a 13th century retreat nestled in 100 acres of stunning countryside. Designed by Lesley, these demonstration events make a perfect day out for anyone who simply loves good food and wine. Lesley’s kitchen changes with the seasons, always featuring the finest in local Dorset produce. Her unique style and infectious enthusiasm are guaranteed to entertain and inspire in the most delightful of settings. All guests will also receive an apron and signed book.

The theme of the day varies with the season and you will be given further information when you make your booking. You are invited to arrive at Chantmarle Manor at 10am for coffee and biscuits; shortly after you will make your way to the kitchen and enjoy a stunning demonstration of the fresh, exciting food that Lesley loves to cook. At 12:30pm you will adjourn to taste Lesley’s dishes. At 1:00pm we return to the kitchen for an hour’s wine tasting with wine expert Andrew Kindness. Finally relax with a glass of champagne before enjoying a sumptuous lunch with wine and coffee. The day ends at 4pm. You can take away a full pack of recipes, wine tasting notes, a signed book and apron.

Notes

On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months. You are then free to contact the venue directly to book a day for your class. Minimum age is 18. The cookery day will operate on 8 selected dates throughout 2009. The maximum number of participants will be 20.
