This Chill Out experience will have you feeling your best in no time. You both have the choice of two relaxing treatment packages. Package One includes a Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage, a Facial and a Manicure. Package two includes a full Body Massage plus a Manicure. You may also enjoy a full day 's use of the spa facilities, which include a pool and gym, and you will receive a three course lunch.

Arrival is between 8.30am and 9.30am. You will receive a welcome drink. You may both use all the facilities during your day, including the pools, spa and gym. There is also a choice of over 20 exercise and relaxation classes which you can participate in. You will each receive your chosen treatments as outlined above, which will last 90 minutes in total. You will have use of a changing room with lockers, showers and hairdryers plus unlimited towels. A three course buffet lunch is included. Departure is at 6pm.

Notes

On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months. You are then free to arrange a day for your experience. This experience is available on Monday-Thursdays only. On booking your day, you will need to choose which treatments you would like. Minimum age is 18. Lunch is included in this package. This voucher entitles two people to access to the spa facilities, lunch and one of the relaxing treatment packages each.

I took my niece for a chill out spa day at ragdale hall as a well needed rest after her finals at medical school. It was the perfect day - the staff were friendly, the facilities were excellent (especially the pool - could've stayed there all day!) and the spa treatments were divine.

I'm sure everyone says the same thing but the swimming pool area at Ragdale Hall is just incredible! The spa treatment packages on offer are also superb. I'm glad I personally chose the full body massage as I've never felt so relaxed, but my friend said that her facial was fabulous too.
