This Champneys Spa day includes:
* Arrival 9.00am * Welcome and introductory tour of the facilities * Welcome refreshing juice drink * Unlimited use of the facilities - 25 mtr indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms, gymnasium and complete programme of exercise and relaxation classes, tennis courts and bicycles * A delicious hot and cold buffet lunch * Champneys Massage * Relaxing Facial * Thalassotherapy Pool Session * Complimentary robe hire * Depart 6.00pm.
All treatments last 25 minutes, both people will receive all treatments.
Notes
On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months. You must then book your day at least 21 days in advance (all dates are subject to availability). This experience is available Monday - Friday throughout the year. You may book additional treatments directly with the spa once you have booked your date. You will be required to abide by the membership conditions of the spa on arrival. No children are permitted.

I just have to say what an amazing day I had at Champneys Springs. I never thought I'd enjoy a spa day until my workmate took me along with her on her Buyagift voucher. Had a fab time with my sister on your Champneys Spa Day, it was a lovely girly treat! We went to Henlow Grange which looks stunning in the countryside. The facilities were brilliant, a beautiful swimming pool, sauna and steam room (we went in twice!). Also tried out a couple of exercise classes, so we felt quite proud of ourselves after that. Was great to have lunch provided for us too.
The treatments were just blissfully relaxing, especially the facial we had. Definitely shall be doing this more often!
