I don't usually trust claims of 'anti-ageing' but this claim came attached to a day of pampering and spa treatments, so I thought I'd give it a try! I genuinely do feel like I have younger skin now though, which really surprised me!

Yet another birthday crept up on me without warning and the big 40 was approaching far quicker than I cared to think about, so I was really impressed to recieve a spa package as one of my birthday gifts that had an anti ageing collagen facial as a key component! Not sure how well it worked but it sure made me feel better! The massage, manicure and pedicure weren't bad either - I could think of worse ways to spend a day than chilling in a health spa!
