Your Inspire Spa Day includes:
* 30 minute Hamam - Based on ancient cleansing rituals, guests sit within this steamy environment, whilst their muscles are warmed and their skin softens in preparation for the “ceser” with a Turkish Mitt carried out on the “marble” table within the Hamam. The Turkish have been taking regular water and massage treatments to alleviate the stress and strains of everyday life. The Hamam has played a special part in this process with its therapeutic benefits through heat.
