A two day course combining demonstration and hands on tuition
Prepare a selection of dishes from Jean-Christophe Novelli 's new book "Everyday Novelli ". Suitable for aspiring cooks of all levels, the course is designed to enhance your skills and confidence in the kitchen. The fun-packed course is hosted by Steven Kitchen, with participation from Jean-Christophe when his schedule permits. Lunch and a light tasting dinner are included.

Two Day Novelli with Steven Kitchen includes:
• Bread making basics
• Desserts and sauces
• Advanced menu preparations
• Basic knife skills and cutting techniques
• Lunch and a "tasting " dinner
• Talk on vegetables and herbs by a gardening specialist
Please note that although Jean-Christophe does not host these days, he will greet the class and do a small demonstration to support his protégé chef whenever his schedule permits.
Approximate course times: Day One 13.00 - 19.00 and Day Two 11.00 - 16.00.

Courses run on selected weekday dates throughout the year - please not that this voucher is not valid for Fri/Sat courses . Courses are suitable for anyone over the age of eighteen. The course itinerary is subject to change - check when booking to confirm the exact structure. I watch all of these cookery shows religiously and adore Jean Christophe Novelli so to go to his cookery school for two days of lessons was extremely exciting. I wasn't expecting him to have time to turn up being a big famous celebrity chef but he did which just made my day. Steven Kitchen is a wonderful cook and an even better teacher, I learned so much that I'll be able to take home with me. I really hope I'll be able to recreate some of the best recipes.
