Join top chef Steven Kitchen for a one day course involving many of Jean-Christophe's most delicious dishes
The Novelli Academy One Day course is suitable for students of all levels and abilities and is held at Jean-Christophe’s beautiful Hertfordshire farmhouse. The course will cover the basic techniques to prepare and cook bread, meat, fish and vegetables, with each course containing a particular seasonal theme.

The Novelli Academy One Day Course will commence at 10:30-11am. Jean-Christophe Novelli 's protégé chef, Steven Kitchen, will guide you through a mixture of demonstration and “hands on” cookery with each course following a particular theme.
Lunch and beverages throughout the day are also included.
The course will end at approximately 3:30-4pm.

Your voucher is valid for 10 months. Pre-booking is essential for this experience. Courses run on selected days throughout the year. Courses are suitable for anyone over the age of eighteen. The course itinerary is subject to change - check when booking to confirm the exact structure. Due to the exclusive nature of this experience, availability may be limited and you are advised to book early to avoid disappointment. There will be a maximum of 10 people per course. Please advise us of any food allergies or special requirements when booking. Once booked, dates are non refundable and non exchangeable.

A great cookery class in a small group (only 7 in mine), I learnt so much just in one day, Steven was an excellent teacher. Sadly didn’t catch a glimpse of the man himself, but would certainly recommend this day.

I attended the Jean-Christophe Novelli academy on Friday 18th September. It was a one day course entitled 'Novelli Academy One Day Course. I had a fabulous time and it was a great gift idea thanks to my boyfriend. I would thoroughly recommend it to anybody. I have to admit I was a bit scared because I am not that great at cooking but Steven Kitchen catered for all abilities and ages.
