I spend most of my driving life trying to avoid skidding so it was an interesting turn of events to try and skid on purpose! As well as the safety aspect of being able to drive more safely in winter weather, it was lots of fun to do!

This skid control course was really useful. I get a bit nervous driving in the winter what with the black ice and stuff and now I know exactly how to handle the car if I go into a skid. Not that I'll be doing it deliberately, mind! Only under close supervision of driving instructors!
