John Baines,
My son loves Go Ape, its such an unusual day out. He climbs from tree to tree and swings about in giant tubes suspended in the air. I try to look cool and not be too dad like.

Do you remember that bit in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom where they're on the rope bridge? This is a bit like that but with a much happier ending! We had such a good laugh together at the Go Ape centre that we might make a yearly visit out of it. It's a simple concept but soooooo much fun.

Went with my son to Go Ape and had a great time. Once you get used to the harness and the heights then you can really relax and get into the swing of things. I would really recommend Go Ape to any family looking for a fun day out.

I bought this experience as a gift for my boyfriend because he’s really into adventure type activities and being out and about in the countryside. The price on Buyagift was much better than anything else I could find on the net, so really chuffed with the price and with how the gift went down!

I recently undertook the adventure assault course with my brother. It was a really fun day out, even the rain could not ruin it. I undertook all parts of the course even though I am a wimp!

I booked Go Ape! for my partner as a gift to give us the chance to spend a day together, away from it all. It was a fantastic day out (even though I'm terrified of heights) and I will definitely be going back. An excellent choice for anyone who wants the opportunity to swing through the trees.

Earlier this year we both went to Go Ape Aberfoyle and absolutely loved the experience! The training we received was concise and fun. As for the experience... wow is all we can say!!! The first zip out was breathtaking and then it was straight to it. All the trials were well kept and great fun. We only had one or two trials that we had to wait in line for. The leap of faith was the most fun. Took a while for us to make the leap... but we did it!! As for the zip back to the base... the view was breathtaking and the experience seemed to go on forever. The staff at the centre were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I have already managed to encourage a few friends to go.

Having received the Go Ape experience as a Christmas gift I took my twelve year old daughter along as she was jealous and wanted to join in the fun! On arrival the instructors were very friendly and explained all the safety procedures which didn’t take long and then we were off into the trees! We thoroughly enjoyed each challenge and the increasing levels of adrenalin bounding around our system and found the course well layed out so that you are slowly given higher and more difficult challenges which don’t disappoint! It was great being out and about, having fun whilst enjoying the scenery and physical exercise too. A day which will live long in both mine and my daughters’ memory, so much so that we’d like to attempt another Go Ape course sometime soon!

Where do I start. The course was superb. After our safety induction we were let loose around the course to experience high ropes, zip wires, bridges and much more.
Sitting on the zip wire, looking down was amazing, feeling free flying through the air. The course was fantastic, and when you thought it couldn't get any better it did. The course got higher, the ropes longer.
I would defiantly recommend this to anyone wild who loves adrenaline and has no fear!

I'd thoroughly recommend Go Ape in Aberfoyle. The whole course is well laid out and the long zip slide is just amazing. Only quibble is that there were some delays as we queued behind slower people. Great fun though!

I bought it for my wife as a birthday present. The day itself was very good– great fun and well worth the money. We went to the Derbyshire Go Ape. The instructors gave good clear instructions, then left us to work our way through the course at our own speed. There were sections where the less brave could take an easier route, but personally I always took the more difficult route as I love a challenge.

We went to the Go Ape on Bedgebury Forest site in Kent. Oh my god it was great! We were all like a bunch of kids. I thought it might be slightly childish but not at all. Even though you know you are harnessed in it is still slightly scary. There are some great jumps and zip slides. I would definitely go again as a new site has recently opened in Woburn which is close to my home. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

I received a ticket for Go Ape! High Wire Forest Adventure for Two for my birthday off my girlfriend. We went at the end of June to the site in Buxton. We started by arriving late due to horrendous traffic on the way into Buxton. The team at Go Ape! did a really good job of squeezing us into the next time slot available, at least we had time for an ice-cream. We were inducted into the systems that are used on the ropes and then we were let loose on the high ropes to work our way round at whatever our pace and competence allowed. We both had a lot of fun and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The Go Ape Experience was lots of fun! It was really well organised and the instructors were friendly and relaxed but also made sure you were safe and knew what you were doing. As for the course itself, it was quite challenging- a mix of fun and fear!! It made for a good afternoon adventure.
Jean Boyce,
I went on a Go-Ape experience at Swinley Forest, Bracknell. It was given as a gift from my boss. I was (and still am) scared of heights, so this really was a challenge. I took my boyfriend with me who also enjoyed it. We encouraged each other throughout the course. Everyone there was excited and friendly. A wonderful day. Unfortunately I lost all photos when my phone stopped working.

The safety briefing was thorough (but necessary). After this we were left to our own devices to make our way through the increasingly difficult tree mounted tests and thrilling aerial runways. Each section (there are 5) is a bit more challenging than the one before, but is great fun and satisfying when you've managed to complete them.
Although this all takes place high in the trees, it is all extremely safe due to the harnesses that wouldn't allow you to fall even if you let go. A great day out for all ages. Well worth the money.
