Orders taken up to 3pm Friday 12th March for guaranteed next day delivery will be delivered by 1pm Saturday 13th March. We will despatch items by first class Royal Mail up to 3pm Friday 12th March, but advise you to order by 3pm Tue 9th March if you require your gift in time for Mother's Day.

Agenda
On arrival at the venue, meet your instructor who will talk you through the basics of what you are going to achieve. Then perform some gentle warm up exercises before watching and learning a series of dance and pole dancing moves before trying it out for yourself. The session ends with some gentle warm down exercises. the sessions are fun and light hearted - you can even sign up for a course of lessons if you get the bug! Your session will last for an hour and a half which includes changing, warm up, pole dance, warm down and changing. Please note that you cannot take alcohol into the venue, but there will be a bar you can purchase from.
Notes
Your voucher is valid for 10 months. This experience is suitable for women over the age of 18. You need to be reasonably fit to get the most from this experience. Don't worry if you have never tried this before, the instructors are on hand to make sure you feel comfortable. Tuition takes place in groups of up to 14 people. Locations are either nightclubs or gyms. Classes run every six weeks at all locations. Please bring with you, trainers, high heeled shoes/ boots, shorts/leggings, vest. Knee pads are also useful for floor work.

One of my friends at uni has been having pole dancing lessons and loves it so I thought I'd give it a try too. This introductory pole dancing session was so much fun, everyone had a laugh getting the moves wrong to start with! The dancers are amazing and all the moves are a seriously good workout if you don't like the gym.

Pole Dancing is so much fun, and although it's a little bit sexy it's no less of a workout than dancercise or suchlike! Loved every minute of it and people should not be so wary of it. The instructors were real dancers not dodgy at all, so leave your prejudices at the door and enjoy this whole body workout! I did!
