On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher for one person to attend the concert on Friday 4th July 2008. On the day of the concert you must take this voucher with you to the venue to exchange for a concert ticket. Children under 18 years must be accompanied by a fully paying adult.  Gates open at 6:00pm. The concert begins at 7:30pm and ends at 10:30pm; all timings are approximate. This is not a picnic event. The concert is standing only and no seating will be provided. Anyone wishing to bring a chair or blanket will be seated at the rear of the arena. Only food and drink purchased from Warwick Castle can be consumed at the venue. These tickets are non-refundable, non-extendable and may not be exchanged. Lost, stolen and damaged tickets cannot be replaced.  In the event of cancellation, for whatever reason, ticket refunds will be made at the discretion of the promoters. In case of ticket refunds, in the event of cancellation, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.
