We will despatch items by first class Royal Mail up to 3pm Tue 23rd Dec, but advise you to order by 3pm Sat 20th Dec if you require your gift in time for Christmas. Orders taken up to 12pm Tue 23rd Dec for guaranteed next day delivery will be delivered by 1pm Wed 24th Dec.

Available Monday to Friday, but this voucher can be redeemed on weekends if the recipient is resident in the hotel. You must book at least 28 days in advance and all bookings are subject to availability. This amazing package is for two people and includes one full body massage (1 hour), one deluxe facial (1 hour), one manicure (30 mins) and one pedicure (30 mins), to be shared between both participants. The same treatments cannot be taken twice. You will also have access to the spas vast facilities which include gym, whirl pool, indoor swimming pool, solarium and sauna. You will also have the option to join the gym on the day and pay no joining fee. You will also receive a 10% discount on beauty product purchases made on the day.
Notes
On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher for TWO people valid for ten months. Please note that this experience is only available Monday to Friday . You must abide by the policies of the spa. Bookings must be guaranteed by credit card and 48 hours notice is required for cancellation. There is a cancellation fee of £75 if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. The enclosed voucher remains our property and must be presented to the H&B salon as payment on arrival.

I could go on forever about how fab our spa day was - but I won't, I promise! We were treated like princesses from the second we walked in, our spa treatments were sublime especially the full body massage, the pool and whirlpool were fantastic and we didn't set foot in the gym once haha!

Going on this spa day was a treat from my dad and he picked a fabulous one! My friend and I fought over who got the full body massage but I'll honestly say that even though I lost, my facial was so so good I am almost glad! Plus it meant I got first pick out of the manicure and pedicure, and as nobody goes near my feet I happily sat down and had a wonderful hand treatment!
