We will despatch items by first class Royal Mail up to 3pm Tue 23rd Dec, but advise you to order by 3pm Sat 20th Dec if you require your gift in time for Christmas. Orders taken up to 12pm Tue 23rd Dec for guaranteed next day delivery will be delivered by 1pm Wed 24th Dec.

Available Monday to Friday, but this voucher can be redeemed on weekends if the recipient is resident in the hotel. You must book at least 28 days in advance and all bookings are subject to availability. This amazing package is for two people and includes one full body massage (1 hour), one deluxe facial (1 hour), one manicure (30 mins) and one pedicure (30 mins), to be shared between both participants. The same treatments cannot be taken twice. Also included is access to the health club for two people including full use of the facilities and the option to join the gym on the day and pay no joining fee. You will also receive a 10% discount on beauty product purchases made on the day.
Notes
On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher for TWO people valid for ten months. Please note that this experience is only available Monday to Friday . You must abide by the policies of the spa. Bookings must be guaranteed by credit card and 48 hours notice is required for cancellation. There is a cancellation fee of £75 if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. The enclosed voucher remains our property and must be presented to the H&B salon as payment on arrival.

My husband booked us a pamper day at Marriott Sprowston Manor, I was so surprised I thought he was joking! Once he showed me the voucher though I couldn't wait to go. The spa and pool are wonderful, like an oasis. I had a facial and manicure, and he had a massage and pedicure (didn't get his toenails painted unfortunately so I couldn't laugh!). We were really impressed that we got an hour facial and massage.

On our spa day we got to the marriott fairly early as we wanted to make the most of our day of pampering! We headed straight for the pool which I loved to pieces. Then we headed off for our treatments of a manicure and pedicure between us then a massage for me and facial for my friend - no arguing we knew which ones we wanted! Finally back to the pool area for most of the rest of the day!
