My daughter booked me onto the Cooking with Chocolate Master Class, which for a chocoholic like me was fabulous! It was great being taught by Nigel, he was really enthusiastic and with only 6 of us in the class we all got plenty of individual help. I've learnt to make some really wonderful desserts so I can't wait to have people round now and show them off! Everyone got on well and we had a lovely lunch with wine as part of the day which was nice.
