This Lotus Exige drive puts you in control of 189bhp of home-grown sportscar. A powerful vehicle like the Exige will feel perfectly at home at Thruxton, the home of Touring Cars and Superbikes, and the fastest circuit in the UK. Under the expert guidance of an instructor, you'll be able to hone your skills and find the confidence to experience the Lotus' incredible acceleration and superb engineering around this unique circuit.

Agenda

After a 30 minute safety briefing where you will be talked through the car 's capabilities and the racing lines on the track, it 's into the passenger seat for three demonstration laps driven by your instructor. Then you take the wheel for seven laps. After a break, it 's back behind the wheel for a further seven laps followed by one final instructor driven lap to show you how it 's done. The experience lasts for two hours.

Notes

Your voucher is valid for 10 months. Approximate time on the track is one hour and five minutes, shared with one other pupil. All participants must have a full valid UK driving licence which must be presented on the day. Courses available on weekdays only. You 'll be spending a lot of time outside so wear appropriate clothing but when driving you must wear long trousers, long sleeved top and thin soled narrow shoes as the pedals in racing cars are very close together. Minimum height 5 ' 2 ' Maximum height 6 ' 4 '.
