Have an unforgettable experience as you take to the skies for the first time at the number one commercial and private flight training school in the Midlands. You will have a briefing on the ground, where you will learn all about the plane and familiarise yourself with the cockpit. Then it's up, up and away! A highly experienced instructor will guide you through flying the plane above Gloucestershire. This is sure to be an incredible experience for anyone with a passion for aircraft or flying.

Agenda

Upon arrival at the airport you will be introduced to your instructor. You will then have a 10 minute briefing, where you will discuss the principles of light aircraft flying, safety during aviation and will also receive a familiarisation with the cockpit layout and the controls. Then it's time to fly! While the instructor will handle takeoff and landing, you'll get the chance to handle the controls for most of the flight yourself. You will be in the air for 20 minutes. Family and friends are welcome to come along to watch.

Notes

Your voucher is valid for 10 months, for one person. You are free to book a lesson with the flying club using the booking details provided. If you are over 16 stone or 6'4” you will need to state this at the point of booking, as an extra surcharge may have to paid for a larger aircraft - this will be paid directly to the club. On the day you must become a member (free of charge) in order to be covered by the insurance. The minimum age for this experience is 14 years old; however anyone under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardian to be with them. All lessons are subject to availability and weather conditions on the day, so clients are advised to phone the morning of their lesson to check the conditions are safe to fly in.
