An exhilarating hands-on experience in the lightest of flying machines
Microlights are a fantastic way to experience the thrill of flying. The C42 aircraft is fully enclosed, modern, fast, comfortable, and safe. Your pilot is a qualified instructor who will guide you around the beautiful North Yorkshire hills and valleys, historic Abbeys, and other local landmarks. He will also show you how to fly these amazing machines. You are welcome to bring friends and family, and photography from the aircraft is encouraged.

Agenda
Your voucher is valid for 10 months. On the day of the flight, you and your group will be offered free refreshments, and given a safety briefing. The airfield is in a stunning rural location, and there is a seating area and clubhouse next to the runway from which your group can safely watch the airfield action. Within minutes of take-off, you will be flying at over 90 mph and an altitude of 1500-4000 feet over the North York Moors or the Vale of York, taking in the magnificent views and the sensation of flight. If you wish, you can take control of the aircraft under the close supervision of the instructor, who will ensure your complete safety.
Notes

You must call the centre at 8am on the morning of your flight to confirm that the weather is suitable for the flight to go ahead.

I LOVED flying in the microlight, it was brilliant. You can see for miles and it's fab being out in the open. The set-up was very professional, they're careful about safety and stuff like that so you feel very confident when you go up.
