Live in Norfolk and fancy trying scuba diving? This PADI Discover Scuba Diving programme offers you a taste of this amazing sport. Under the expert guidance of experienced instructors, you'll be introduced to the world of scuba in a safe and controlled environment. After a briefing on theory and gear you'll be using, it's into the pool to put theory into practice and even try a few new diving skills! It's just great fun, for a taster or as a gift for a friend.

The experience starts with a short briefing on diving theory and dive equipment, followed by approximately one hour in the pool diving with your instructor. Here you'll go through what you have learned and may even be able to try out some diving skills once you're comfortable. The whole programme lasts around two hours. Everything is provided - all you need to bring is a swimming costume and some enthusiasm. Courses run every Thursday night at local pools.

Notes

Your voucher is valid for ten months for two people. You are free to contact the operator to arrange a date for your experience using the information provided. The experience operates on Thursday evenings, subject to availability. All participants will be required to sign a medical declaration prior to taking part. You must be able to swim to take part but no previous scuba experience is necessary. The experience is suitable for anyone over the age of 12. Time in the pool is around 90 minutes with a 30 minute poolside briefing. All you will need is a swimming costume and towel - all the scuba gear is provided for you.
