Clarkson described the Audi R8 as one of the truly great cars and the powerful Aston Martin AMV8 is both uncompromising and stylish capable of 0-60mph in under 5 seconds! Try out these amazing cars for yourself and get behind the wheel.

Agenda

On arrival at the track you will receive a briefing from a fully qualified ARDS driving instructor. You will then get a chance to learn more about circuit driving techniques with three instructor driven familiarisation laps in a BMW Alpina D3 (at Oxfordshire this is 2 laps in a Subaru Impreza WRX Sti (or similar)). After this comes the moment you have been waiting for as you take your place behind the wheel of either the Audi R8 or the Aston Martin AMV8 for 4-6 laps of high speed excitement. You will then switch to the other car for another 4-6 laps. At the end of your day you will also receive an Individual Driving Certificate and Assessment from the instructor. The whole experience lasts approximately one hour and a half.

Notes

Upon purchasing this experience you will receive a voucher valid for 10 months. You are then free to contact the venue to book a time for your experience. Selected dates available throughout the year. Drivers shorter than 5'0” or taller than 6'6” and/or weighing more than 16 stone may have some difficulty being accommodated. Participants must be 18 or over and must have a full UK driving licence which they have held for at least a year. At the Oxfordshire and Yorkshire locations a maximum of two spectators may attend free of charge (additional spectators may be pre-booked for an additional fee). Spectators must be aged 11 years or over. Spectators aged 11-16 years must be accompanied by a spectating adult.
