Soar on thermals over the beautiful English countryside with gliding lessons
These exhilarating Winch Launch Glider Flight lessons will take you to between 1000 and 1500 feet above the ground. You will be able to see far across the rolling English countryside on this course to remember. The lessons will last between 5 and 20 minutes in which time you will learn to turn and manoeuvre the glider. (4 Winch launch lessons)

The course takes place in a dual controlled glider accompanied by a fully qualified instructor. Air time is approximately 5 to 20 minutes per flight, depending on weather conditions. On arrival at the venue you will be given a brief overview of the glider then up, up and away you go! The trial lessons don't end when you land either - the voucher entitles you to 90 days membership of the club. You can fly again at any time during the 90 days at special rates!
Notes
Your voucher is valid for 10 months. Flights are only available on weekdays. It is important to book in advance to confirm a mutually convenient time. It is also essential to call on the morning of the flight before setting off to the Gliding Club to ensure that the weather is fine for flying. Maximum height 6 '2. Maximum weight 15 stone. Minimum age 13; those aged 13-18 must be accompanied by an adult. All 4 flights must be taken on the same day.

I had 4 fabulous glider flights on this half day course, it was amazing floating through the sky with no engine noise, really enjoyed it. Thought my instructor was great, really professional and a fab teacher, explained everything really clearly. So pleased that I've got 90 days membership of the gliding club, will definitely go back a couple of times and take advantage of the special rates.
