Under expert instruction and using only the finest ingredients and equipment, you will be shown how to create a diverse range of gourmet dishes. You will be sampling the food and wine as the day progresses. The demonstrations will begin at 11.00 and end at approximately 16.00 and there is plenty of opportunity for interacting and exchanging cookery tips.

Notes

On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months, for two people. This is a demonstration class; you will not be cooking yourself. Courses are suitable for anyone over the age of eighteen. The course itinerary is subject to change - check when booking to confirm the exact structure. Courses run on weekends throughout the year. Due to the exclusive nature of this experience, availability may be limited and you are advised to book early to avoid disappointment. There will be a maximum of 20 people per course. Please advise us of any food allergies or special requirements when booking. Once booked, dates are non refundable and non exchangeable.
