All of our postal flowers are made to order by a professional florist using only the freshest flowers and include a personal message gift card, flower food and instructions for care. As the flowers will be delivered dry packed, please cut the stems and place them in water as soon as they arrive. Our postal flowers range are packed fresh and still in bud to prevent transit damage to the petals. They are secured into the box for delivery via Royal mail First Class Post.
Your flowers will usually be delivered within 2 working days of placing your order. Please note, it is not possible to guarantee a specific delivery date with this service.

If nobody is available to accept delivery at the specified address the parcel may be left with a neighbour or in a safe place at the premises. If no safe place is available (at the absolute discretion of the Postman) a card will be left by the Postman. Thereafter, it is the responsibility of the recipient to arrange for the item to be collected from the nominated Royal Mail office. You will need to take proof of identity when collecting your parcel. We are unable to accept liability for the condition of your flowers if they are not collected in a timely manner.
