I took my mother on this half day curry cookery class with Pat Chapman, who I must say was a wonderful teacher. It was great to have private tuition with him, we could ask lots of questions and he took the time to go through everything in a really easy to follow way. We made my favourite, chicken tikka masala, as well as lots of other lovely dishes. Tasting our creations was brilliant, and we also got a recipe booklet and curry sauce to take home with us!

Learnt so much and had such a good time on this cooking course. Pat Chapman certainly knows his curry! The prawn jalfrezi we made was delicious even if I say so myself! We picked up loads on hints and cookery tips in the class so I feel so much more confident making indian food now. No more takeaways in our house!
